A limited number of spaces are usually available for persons who do not have the requisite training and/or certification, but who are involved professionally in interpreting, law, or related fields. Auditors can attend all presentations, but do not participate in discussions or ask questions except by submitting written questions to a facilitator. Auditors will receive CEUs, handouts, and pre-reading materials. The conference cost for the auditor is the same as for a participant.

To apply as an auditor, submit the registration form, checking the box "I am requesting to register as an auditor". Be sure to include information on your current involvement in interpreting, law, or related fields. Your name will be placed on a waiting list, and you will be notified at least one month prior to the conference. If, for any reason, your request is denied, your registration fee will be refunded in full. Generally, students and non-credentialed interpreters will not be accepted as auditors.
